In compliance with government regulations; and to satisfy the school regarding the safety of your child/children, it is that we have a note of explanation regarding the absence.

All absences must be reported to the school office.

To facilitate this process please complete this online Absentee form no later than 9:00AM the day of absence.

    • By completing this form, both the school office and the students teacher(s) will be made aware of the absence.
    • Half Day Absence: Arriving after 10:30AM or leaving before Noon.
    • Full day absence: Arriving after 1:00PM.

  • If student is leaving early and returning to school that day, please indicate time of departure and arrival.
  • Have you ordered catered lunch for your child today? (YES/NO) If yes, would you like us to refrigerate it for 24hours or give to another child?
  • WRITTEN PARENT PERMISSION from BOTH families is required by the school before food will be given to any child. If you would like the school to give your catered lunch items to another child, please state the name and grade of the child AND ensure both families have sent permission emails to the school office (office@olapoco.ca).
